Dear John.

Well folks, I went to see Dear John and loved it.  Yes, it was sad.  Yes, I cried.  Yes, Channing Tatum is beautiful.  And, yes the ending was different than the book.  BUT it was okay that they changed this ending.  They just added to it.  I think that is allowed.  Me and Kaitlin went with our two friends from work, Ali and Rachel.  I sure do love these girls.  We went to dinner and then the movie.  It was a lot of fun!

This is Ali who I am rooming with for Fall semester!  She is great!

Blogging. It is tough.

As it turns out I don't like blogging.  It is hard to keep up.  AND whenever I think about posting something it is way too late or my dear friend Kaitlin already posted.  Pretty sure that whoever reads her blog also reads mine, right?  So what is the point in posting the same exact thing?  And since I do EVERYTHING with Kaitlin, that means I have nothing to post about.

So I am going to beat her to these posts.  Mwahahaaaaa.

I just found these pictures and had to post them.  I sure do miss this kid.

We were at a tennis match and Kade decided to bring this sand from the sand box and poor it all over the sidewalk.  Oh Kade.  Mom told him to put it back and that is why the last picture happened.  Can't explain this one.  Haha.

new hair.

I decided to color my hair dark!  As it turns out I can't ever decide if I like it dark or blond better.

Home.

We figured out my computer has a great application.  It entertained us for quite some time.

Halloween package!

My mom is so cute and sent me and Kaitlin a halloween/fall package.  I decorated our kitchen and it was great!  I also got the David A. Christmas CD so that made my day.

Football games!

I have an all sports pass this year and I am so glad I got it!  The games are very exciting!

I just wanted to be a cook for once.

Well, one night I decided it would be fun to make banana bread right?  I didn't have a bread pan though so I called my mom and she told me that this small pan would work. Awesome right? Wrong.  I put it in for as long as it was supposed to and it wasn't cooking.  Like the top was but not the middle.  At this point it is midnight and I'm not so excited anymore.  I get the professional (Jocelyn) and she helps me out.  We decide that the problem is the pan.  Well, the outside was all cooked but not the middle.  That was problematic.  The final decision was to take the bread out of the pan.  This turned into a disaster.  We cut the edges out and put those on a plate because they were done.  Then we flipped the uncooked part onto a cookie sheet.  That is when we realized the whole middle was dough.

This was the disastrous pan.

She saves the day!

And I haven't made any banana bread since.
