catch up

i survived finals for fall semester. barely. :)

it was great to go home for christmas break!  it was full of games, lord of the rings, and lots of sleeping in.  it was great to have a break from school and work and to see my family!  i also got to see my friendsss and we went caroling to our favorite teachers from high school!  it sure was a lot of fun! if you are wondering, i'm not supposed to be wearing a night gown.  i thought it was a funny ugly christmas sweater.  but didn't realize it would be a dress on me.  it has pockets, what could be cooler!  we sure had a blast.

i loved being home but i'm excited to be back at school too! its always fun starting a new semester and having new classes! winter here in provo is a joke!  it has barely snowedddd, probably 3 times?  And hasn't lasted more than a day.  what a treat for us!  its summer.

life as of late.

well guys going home for thanksgiving was great.  we played games and games and games.  and ate lots of good food. the best thing about going home for thanksgiving is my mom makes the food us college girls want her to make, because we are her favorite children (well I am THEE favorite, just saying).  man do I love having good food from homeeeee.  oh and I guess seeing my family was cool too.  :)  the Quigleys and Linds came for Thanksgiving!  it sure was great!

a few things that has happened this past little while.

11-11-11 was cool.  we wanted to do something at 11:11:11 on 11-11-11 but didn't know what to do.  so we ran around the room and screamed and took pictures.  what could be cooler?!  also good old Jessica was visiting us that night, that was a treat!

we were a second late.  sucks.

 I dressed up for Halloween.  I haven't done that since I've dressed up with my whole family back in the day!  I wore this outfit to school for real life and then good old Katie did my hair and painted my face.  yes, the costume was my roommates idea, thanks guys.  who gets the best costume award out of our roommates?  pick someone.  and be careful who you pick (if you don't pick Katie she will eat you).

 

my grandparents came to Utah!  we went to temple square to see the lights.  how adorable are they?!  and these are all the cousins in Provo!  LUCKY US!  we sure had fun.

there is a little catch up for you all.  I know you have missed me.  finals are next week.  gross.  and then I'M GOING HOME FOR CHRISTMAS. yaayayay.   I leave on Thursday.  CAN NOT WAIT.  how is Christmas so soon?!
