general conference

In my D&C class we were talking about conference and our thoughts on it.  A girl raised her hand and mentioned how cool it is that even though there are so many members with different problems, there is always something that can be related to us personally.  They really do get revelations from Heavenly Father and know what we need to hear.  She told us a story that was awesome.  A newly married couple (who is related to her somehow) had their first kid.  He has had many health problems and has been in the hospital for the past while.  There has been lots of praying and fasting in his behalf.  300 people fasted for him the week before conference.  Well, remember Sunday morning conference?  Elder Ronald A. Rasband of the 70 talked about his grandson Paxton who has been in the hospital and has many health problems.  It is rare that general authorities get that personal, especially for a whole talk.  But he kept going back to Paxton and talking about how they are making it through this time.  I just thought that was so cool.  This clearly was an answer to the families prayers.
