my family came to utah for their spring break. why you ask? they love us 4 kids that are here. and what is better than utah for spring break? hawaii? pshh. who goes there for spring break.

this is going to consist of a million pictures. just an fyi.

we did lots of fun things. went to a million seagull books (you would think they were all the same? alek thought differently. and my mom.:)) went to visit campus floral (claire wanted to see michelle, her bff). played tennis. played basketball. went to krispy cremes and got hot now AND probably like 40 free doughnuts from my siblings grades. thanks guys.  we watched some byu women's tennis. played lots of games.  my family slept at lindsay's so we hung out with her a lot. thanks linds. went in the hot tub there. made our family come to classes with us. :)

funny story. kade had cards of the byu men's basketball team and wanted them signed. so he walked around with them and a pen hoping to see one.  one day we saw abouo when we were driving to park.  we panicked.  we are telling claire and kade to hurry and get out of the car.  we completely stopped the car in the middle of the parking lot. my mom was quickly going through kade's stuff to find the cards.  we were all shouting oh my gosh there is abouo and going bananas.  well our windows were down so he either heard/saw us going bananas and completely STOPPED! it was adorable. he waited for us to come to him! he ended up taking kade to his car and gave him a whole bunch of the other players signed card. he is so nice! then we were in the student athletic building looking around at all of things they have.  our uncle jeff's hand is there because he has the biggest hand out of all the players at BYU. he is cool. :)  we were in there and joking around about who we would see next. well we saw brandon davies. we FREAKED. it was soooo funny after. we sent kade and claire down to him (we were a floor above him).  all of us older girls were above running around and freaking out.  he heard us and waved hahaahha.

how old are we? and why are we freaking out? we don't need to answer these questions. it was great though. han especially was going crazy.  this is han telling us what just happened. han and her stories, never get old.

yes han stole a signed card from kade. matt carlino. she would. don't worry he got it back.  poor brandon ran into us again and this time we were ready for a picture.

oscar is dating jami. he is greatttt. he brought ear plugs for the trip. can you blame him? we are pretty loud. he loves us though. :) apparently kade was wishing he had done the same?

we went to awful waffle and sure ate those fast. SO GOOD.

on the last day they were here we went to salt lake.  we went to temple square and to the new mall! it was beautiful and sunny so it was a great day. we also went to the jazz vs. kings basketball game.  jimmer is on the kings team so it had to be done.  the 5 oldest paid for han and dad to come for their birthdays! we also got them shirts. my dad knew about the game but not the shirt. han had no clue about anything. she LOVES jimmer so it was a big deal. this was the video of us telling her. notice her face. also notice in the background alek and kade. alek had no clue he was coming even though we definitely asked him if he wanted to buy the ticket before we did hahah. and kade wasn't too happy about not coming himself.  he was upset for a while but eventually was okay. :)

she was just thrilled. :)

funny story. my phone fell in the toilet thursday. so i didn't have one when we were going around temple square (its fixed now though woot!).  well me, emma and claire got separated from everyone but we saw jami in the distance so we weren't too worried. emma wanted to take a picture of her holding the temple so that is where this picture comes in.

we couldn't find the family after this. so do i blame emma? yes i do. hahahaha jk em! :)  emma didn't have her phone so we really were lost.  we walked around forever, went to where we last saw our fam, asked someone to use their phone (they didn't have one, weird), and came to the conclusion that we were really lost. we started getting worried because we were meeting some family at hires (yum!) so we thought dad was going to leave us (last we saw dad he was going to get the car to pick my whole family up).  we asked someone else if we could use their phone and they let us.  we found our family and all was well. there may or may not have been a few tears shed and lots of panicking.  i realize we were lost on temple square which is probably the safest spot to be lost hahahaha, but we were worried we'd be left!  we survived! we went to dinner and then to the bball game!

dad stole hans ticket out of her back pocket without her noticing.  then she noticed it was missing and freaked and started walking back to find it. too good.

jimmmmmeeerrrrr! too be honest i miss him playing for byu ha the poor guy looked really awkward out there and didn't do too hot. maybe next year?

sure was great seeing my family! wish they would all come for graduation! (COME ON MOM!!:))
