Us and our cooking
These guys in our ward invited our dorm over to their house for dinner. I offered to bring dessert and they said that would be great. Well, by the time we got home from church no one wanted to cook. I had a huge box of rice krispies that i decided we could use. About the rice krispies I barely even like them but good old Hannah put them in the cart when we were grocery shopping. I formed this plate and was pretty excited about it. We told the guys we slaved over the dessert and that it was a secret recipe. They never guessed any different.

One time we made coffee cake for the boys next door-just a mix, add water and maybe an egg. They thought it was so good, Derek said it was just like something he ate in Brazil on his mission, wanted to know how we got the recipe. Funny. We never told them. That was the start to our friendship with the boys next door...seven years later still BFF. See its ok to lie :)
